WeLoveForYou offers thoughtfully packaged gifts, including plush toys, personalized message cards, seasonal collections, and related gift items.
We make every effort to accurately display our products, including colors, sizes, materials, and other characteristics. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, product manufacturing, or other factors.
Products and seasonal collections may be available in limited quantities and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
Personalized Messages
Certain gifts include a personalized message provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, messages, delivery information, and other personalized details before submitting an order. WeLoveForYou is not responsible for errors in information submitted by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse messages containing unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If an order is canceled by WeLoveForYou after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown at checkout before the order is completed.
Prices may change without notice; however, price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and confirmed.
Gift Orders
Customers sending an order directly to a gift recipient are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, including the recipient's name and shipping address.
Intellectual Property
The WeLoveForYou name, logo, branding, original photographs, graphics, website content, packaging designs, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WeLoveForYou will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
