Personalized Orders
Products prepared with a personalized message or other customer-requested customization may not be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind.
Please carefully review all personalized information before submitting your order.
Non-Personalized Products
Requests involving eligible non-personalized products will be reviewed based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the request.
Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging to be considered for a return.
Please contact us before returning any product. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request photographs of the product, shipping box, packaging, and shipping label to evaluate the issue.
After reviewing the situation, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Customer-Provided Information
We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for errors resulting from information entered incorrectly by the customer, including incorrect personalized messages, names, or shipping information.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by WeLoveForYou or as otherwise required by law.
Order Cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders may begin preparation shortly after they are received, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation or personalization has started.
If we are able to cancel the order before preparation begins, an applicable refund may be issued.
Final Sale & Seasonal Items
Certain clearance, final-sale, seasonal, or limited-edition products may be non-returnable when clearly identified as final sale before purchase, except where otherwise required by law.
